On November 1, 2025, the Diocesan Council of Catholic Women (DCCW) held its inaugural elections for the newly formed Bajpe Unit at St. Joseph’s Church Hall, Bajpe. This milestone event marked a significant step toward fostering women’s active participation in parish life and community development.

The program began with a prayer led by Parish Priest Rev. Fr. Andrew D’Souza. Gracy Sequeira, Secretary of St. Joseph’s Church, warmly welcomed the attendees and expressed the parish’s enthusiasm for the launch of the DCCW Bajpe Unit.
